- Are the paintings framed?
No, our philosophy is to keep it simple and to focus on what we know best: replicas of famous paintings. We produce the best oil replicas in the USA.
The only paintings that are framed are originals and triptychs. All additional information regarding each painting is placed next to the painting.

- What are the payment methods?
You can pay with MasterCard, Visa and American Express. PayPal and bank transfers are also available options. You will be able to choose the method of payment at the checkout. We do not offer the payment option “cash on delivery”, but do not forget that we have a guarantee policy in case you are not satisfied with your purchase. This guarantee allows you to return the item within 30 days after delivery and you get all your money back, without any questions asked.

- Are Croxgallery.com’s paintings machine-made?
No. All our oil paintings are 100% hand-painted. There is no mechanical or automatic system in the making of our paintings. They are painted by our wonderful team of professional artists, and the tools used are simply brushes and oil paints on a linen canvas.
- Can I order a painting that is not in your catalogue?
Yes! You can see examples of our custom paintings here. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with an image of what you want us to paint and the size, we can paint almost any image. We will send you a quote, the price is related to the level of difficulty of painting the image.
- Are the sizes of the paintings precise?
The measurements of the paintings can be a little different than the published sizes, only to respect the proportions of each replica. We publish all of them with the same sizes, to maintain uniformity and give the possibility of comparing them.
- Who paints them?
Our Oil Paintings are painted by our team of artists.
- Will the paintings I buy from CroxGallery be exactly like the website’s pictures?
The images shown in "Oil Reproductions" are the original paintings. We strive to provide excellent replicas, reproduced as faithful as possible. You can see some of our replicas here.
- How will my painting be shipped?
Our Oil paintings on canvas are shipped in a hard-cardboard tube or roll. In the case of framed original paintings, they are shipped in cardboard boxes with special reinforcements so the painting won’t be damaged.
- Can I ask for a framed painting?
It depends, we offer frames only on specific paintings, for example, original paintings. You will find additional information next to each painting in the store.
- I need help ordering.
Choose the paintings you would like to purchase, add them to the cart and follow the steps indicated by the system. Check out a more detailed explanation on how to purchase here. If you still have any problems ordering, please contact us, we will be happy to answer any questions.
- If I have a problem while I’m processing a purchase order, do I have to start all over again?
If the purchase was completed you will receive a confirmation email, you can also check out the status of your order in your CroxGallery account. If you need more help please contact us.
- What if I order the same thing twice by mistake?
Do not worry, when we receive a duplicated order we contact our client to manage the refund of one of them.
- Can I cancel an order?
Yes, our guarantee policy covers 30 days after delivery, you can cancel your order at any time.
- Is it safe to purchase something online?
PayPal and CECA are responsible for the security of our store’s payments. These systems are very secure: data encryption, server’s authentication, SSL certificate and integrity message.
Your purchase order and bank data will remain safe at all times. Crox Gallery does not see or keep any bank data, all this information is handled by the banking institutions stated above.

We are committed to your privacy and security. CroxGallery.com does not commercialize or share your email address or personal data. Your personal information is only used to process your orders.
- What do I do if I forget my password?
If you forgot your password, click on the link: "Forgot your password?" on the sign in page. The system will send you an email to reset your password.
- How can I check my order’s status?
Check your order by entering your account and clicking on the order, this way you will know the status of your order. If you need additional information, please contact us.
- Can I choose a different delivery address?
Yes, during the purchase process we will ask you what the address for the delivery of the products is, this address can be the same as your billing address, or different.
- Is my package insured?
Yes, we guarantee your satisfaction and we will refund you or Exchange any product that is damaged during the shipping.
- How can I know if my purchase has been sent?
In the moment we ship your order we will notify you via email and will give you a tracking number.
- What is the shipping cost?
Free! regardless of the number of products you order and the destination. We have a flat rate for shipping worldwide.
- What is the return policy?
We are committed to selling the highest quality oil paintings in the market, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, if by any reason, you are not satisfied, there is a guarantee policy that allows you to exchange your product or get your money back within 30 days after delivery. - Will you tax me?
For purchases outside of Europe Union it is possible that immigration will charge you an importation fee, this is managed by the mailing company.
